Review || Bumble and Bumble Curl Conscious Holding Foam.

Bumble and Bumble Curl Conscious Holding Foam, Defines Curls and Helps Frizz
Bumble and Bumble Curl Conscious Holding Foam.

The first thing I noticed about the Bumble and Bumble Curl Conscious Holding Foam was the packaging was good quality. It is also quite a nice size, easy to fit in your bag for travel or everyday. I sprayed the foam and gel came out into my hand which then turned into a foam. Usually mousse (which is what the bottle and nozzle makes it look like) is somewhat watery, when left it just goes back to a watery state, but this is more gel based.

So I hopped in the shower, washed and combed my hair through with my Tangle Teaser as normal. When I got out I squeezed my hair to get out excess water gently. Then I applied the product, when I put it in my hands I was a bit concerned that it would be no where near enough. Once I rubbed them together I found the product spread really really well and it was very easy to distribute through my hair. I gave it a little bit of help at the front by twisting some curls around my finger, but I do this anyway. So I flipped my hair upside down and shook gently a couple of times just to loosen the curls at the scalp a bit so it didn't sit flat on my head and then left to air dry. So far so good.

Within about 15 mins my hair was more defined than it normally would be and more so than with any other products I have used before. I was pretty happy, but still trying to reserve judgement for the finished result as my hair changes a lot when dry. I noticed that it seemed to weigh my hair down a little, but that is actually something I look for in a product. It's not so much I dislike volume, but my hair has no problem going big and will take to it easily whereas it will never sit down.

Overall I am pleased with the results. I feel like it gives my hair good hold and definition and really does what it sets out to do. My hair feels soft and not crunchy at all. I think what I really like is that it doesn't feel like I have product in my hair. The curls are springy and well defined.
I don't think that you can ignore the price still but I think it is an investment product from what I can tell it should last a VERY long time, but I can't say for certain until it runs out really. Overall its great and I would buy again and I may even pay full price next time too.

Have you tried the Bumble and Bumble Curl Conscious Holding Foam yet?

Let me know!
